X & P Series

Technology for the future challenges in agriculture. The combines in the new Fendt X-Series and P-Series offer a selection of high-performance combines for farms that require power, reliability and the highest level of technology. The new models are tailored precisely to the needs of large-scale agricultural farms and contractors, where the focus is on operating costs and machine efficiency.Low losses and high grain quality are decisive for economy and profitability. Threshing and separating systems like the unique 8-straw walker technology found in the P-Series or the Fendt HyPerforma hybrid technology in the X-Series deliver outstanding quality with maximum productivity. You can achieve these in different types of crops. The Fendt combines can be fitted with a maize kit at any time for efficient maize harvesting. The Fendt X-Series uses the proven threshing cylinder from the straw-walker machines. The higher output of the hybrid combine in comparison to the straw-walker system arises through the higher separation capacity of the rotors and the higher engine power. The RotorFeeder is the third cylinder in the threshing unit and guides the crop flow gently and uniformly into the two separation rotors. The large diameter and constant speed of the RotorFeeder generates a centrifugal force, which transports the grain through the attached concaves. Furthermore, this centrifugal force separates the harvested crop into two crop flows with little effort and then guides these to the rotors. The reciprocating separation rotors with the spirally arranged fingers actively pull the crop in and, through the centrifugal force that is generated, press it outwards against the concaves. This separates out the grain. This constant high separation capacity enables clearly higher harvesting output in comparison to straw-walker and rotary combines alone. Moreover, the active crop flow prevents blockages. Specially developed rotor fingers are attached along the separation rotors in a spiral formation and support crop transport. The fingers are angled to prevent the precious straw from being damaged, while still enabling a high separation capacity. The concaves below the rotors enable maximum separation capacity for a gentle crop flow and the best straw quality. The operators’ working conditions are the key to achieving maximum performance. Perfect visibility and control elements in the right place reduce operator stress and increase productivity. Intuitive menus in the Varioterminal 10.4-B provide information, which can be viewed and understood with one glance. Additionally, electronic safety systems protect your investment. Special lamination on the front windscreen enables perfect isolation and ensure a low noise level in the cab.The Fendt Skyline cab offers plenty of space and room for your well-being. Through the innovative design of the combine, visibility to the most important areas, such as the unloading auger, stubble and table is optimal. There is also excellent visibility towards the rear using the electrically adjustable, heated mirrors or the standard specification reversing camera in the Varioterminal 10.4”.

C-Series

Our C-Series stands for the best economy, leading-edge technologies and high flexibility. With numerous new features, it redefines the premium segment of the upper mid-horsepower class. Automated steering with VarioGuide, the new look and the 6-row straw chopper are only a few of the many highlights. For your profit: The heart of the Fendt C-Series is the large and heavy threshing cylinder. Together with the high-capacity concave, the combine harvests your fields with ease. It produces the best quality of grain and thus secures your profit. The machine can be equipped for grain maize or rice harvesting at any time. The weight of the threshing cylinder is increased by 8 weight bars, which are attached between the rasp bars. The massive inertia ensures smooth and uniform running. This significantly reduces the load on the drives as well as the power requirement and fuel consumption. The concave features differentiated wire spacings. The clearance in the back of the concave is twice as big as in the front area. This arrangement ensures an optimal ratio between good threshing capacity and high separation capacity. To optimise the threshing quality, you can adjust the concave independently at the front and back from the comfort of the cab. The Multi Crop Separator (MCS) Plus concave has a huge separation area. As much grain as possible is separated out before the crop even reaches the straw walkers. What is also special about our MCS Plus combines is that the separator concave can be swung up over the rotary separator. An electric motor brings the concave into the desired position – according to need; tools are not required. The long straw walkers on our C-Series each have 4 steps with “active back walls”. The 210°mm high vertical sections of the steps have open gratings. You can be sure that even the last grain is separated efficiently. Gentle handling of the crop maintains the structure of the straw optimally. For conservation soil tillage and direct seeding operations, very short chopped material is essential to ensure fast decomposition of the straw. The new 6-row straw chopper was specially developed for this purpose and delivers optimal chopping and spreading results. The serrated knives ensure a clean cut and reduce power consumption. The infinitely adjustable counter knives, an additional pivoting dimple plate and electrically adjustable straw deflectors guarantee complete control over the quality and spreading of the chopped material. With only one hand movement, you control if the straw is to be swathed or chopped. The straw is handled gently during the threshing procedure, so you produce the best quality straw for bales, fodder, bedding or energy production. or arable farmers and contractors who need to harvest many different crops, the Fendt C-Series can be quickly converted with the new sectional concave. The front concave segment can be easily removed and exchanged through the stone trap. Two front concave segments are available: a segment with 14 mm wire spacing for intensive threshing when harvesting grain and a segment with 24 mm wire spacing for maize, soybean or sunflower harvesting. For enhanced grain separation, the universal segment has a wire spacing of 24 mm at the rear. The generously sized cab offers plenty of space and room for your well-being. You have a perfect view to the table, stubble, unloading tube and, thanks to large electrically adjustable mirrors or the standard camera function in the Varioterminal 10.4”, also towards the rear.
L-Series
With the L-Series, we offer you the perfect combine for your farm. It is characterised by maximum comfort, the best performance, reliability and flexible applications. New in this class is the comfortable Proline cab with its unique operating interface, the Fendt Variotronic. The high capacity of the threshing cylinder on our L-series is a consequence of its large 600-mm diameter. The result is perfect threshing with a clean sample and less broken grain. The high inertia threshing drum runs very smoothly, even under difficult harvesting conditions. It is very gentle in handling both the grain and straw. The concave features differentiated wire clearance. The clearance in the back section of the concave is twice as big as in the front area. This arrangement ensures an optimal ratio between good hreshing capacity and high separation capacity. To optimise the threshing quality, you can adjust the concave independently at the front and back from the comfort of the cab. For arable farmers and contractors who need to harvest many different crops, the Fendt L-Series can be quickly converted with the new sectional concave. The new Proline cab in our L-Series offers you a comfortable workplace. That helps you to concentrate better and feel fit, even on long harvesting days and nights. The standard specification air-conditioning system, comfort seat, the best illumination and low noise level are only a few of the numerous features that make this possible. With our operating interface, the Fendt Variotronic, we also set standards in this power class in terms of the operation, control and monitoring of the machine.
E-Series 5225/ E Series 5185
You can always rely on your family. Just like on the next generation of the Fendt E-Series. These redesigned combines are equipped with the tried and tested components found in the bigger ranges and are therefore used to working hard. Robust, reliable and efficient, they guarantee high seasonal performance when it is needed the most. That makes it an assistant you won’t want to do without, especially on family-run farms.
E-Series 5225
With a working width from 4.80 m to 7.60 m, the FreeFlow table can tackle all kinds of conditions. It is especially stable and maintenancefriendly because the components are bolted on. With 1,254 cuts per minute, the high speed of the cutterbar ensures a clean cut and a low power requirement. Then the large intake auger, with a diameter of 610 mm, moves the crop swiftly and uniformly to the crop elevator – best conditions for maximum area coverage and the best harvesting results. The versatile Fendt PowerFlow table has been enabling maximum productivity for harvesting grain, oilseed rape or soybeans for more than 35 years. The large clearance between the cutterbar and the auger facilitates cutting high crops with a 5.50 m working width. The smooth crop flow ensures uniform loading of the threshing unit with heads-first feed for all types of crops. Concentrate on driving. The Fendt 5225 E takes care of the perfect cut. The TerraControl automatic table control works in two different ranges. In the first range, skids regulate the cutting height from 50 mm to 180 mm. The second cutting height range (100 mm to 500 mm) is controlled by a sensor on the crop elevator. The optional AutoLevel table control automatically compensates for uneven ground of up to eight percent. Your valuable grain is in the best hands with the new generation of the Fendt 5225 E combine. Whether you are harvesting cereals, oilseed rape or maize – the large, high capacity 600-mm threshing cylinder in combination with the large concave area guarantees intensive, but gentle, threshing and separating. he threshing cylinder on the 5225 E has a 600 mm diameter for high inertia and performance. Eight counter-rotating threshing bars effectively separate the grain during the threshing process. Both the grain and straw are handled very gently, breakage is minimised. With one of the largest concave areas in its power class, the 5225 E drives in the large harvest volumes in the shortest time. The different wire spacings within the concave are the main reason for this: while the wire spacing in the front area is narrow to ensure intensive threshing, the wider wire spacings in the rear part of the concave permit a higher separation capacity. In addition to the robust standard concave, a sectional concave is available to convert your 5225 E quickly to different types of crops. The front concave segment can be removed easily and can be exchanged through the stone trap. The new Fendt E-series is standard-equipped with a 4-row straw chopper and a total of 52 knives. The double serrated knives with an infinitely adjustable shearbar (also serrated) have been fitted for high, uniform chopping performance. You can set the chopping length as desired and there is no more worrying about producing perfect chopping results.

No one cleans better

The Fendt 5225 E has one of the largest sieve areas in its class – and therefore provides maximum cleaning capacity. The sectional cleaning system, with its high dividers on the upper and lower sieves, distributes the grain-chaff mixture uniformly over the entire cleaning area, even when working in hilly terrain. Together with the targeted wind guidance in the individual cleaning sections, it enables the machine to work at maximum cleaning capacity.

HC sieves

The special surface of the HC (HighCapacity) sieves enables optimised wind flow and cleaning performance. The HC sieves therefore have a large tolerance range and seldom need to be adjusted. Even short, brittle straw is separated effectively. The sieves are optionally adjusted ectrically from the comfort of the cab.

Intelligent returns system

The returns system feeds unthreshed heads back to the threshing cylinder. This is done very gently and evenly, because an auger above the threshing cylinder distributes the material over the full width of the threshing unit.

With 6500 litres, the grain tank of the Fendt 5225 E has one of the top capacities on the market – and therefore many benefits. Because the fewer stops you make during the harvest, the surer you can bring your valuable grain in dry. And when you finally do go to unload after a long driving time: the combine is already ready for operation after approx. 80 seconds thanks to the large-sized grain tank auger with an unloading capacity of 85 l/sec. The turret unloading system on the E-Series combines allows trouble-free loading of trailers up to 4.20 m high. A large window on the back wall of the cab permits constant visual monitoring, and therefore additional quality control, of the grain in the grain tank. Samples can be quickly removed through an opening in the tank. And opening the rain-proof grain tank cover gives you easy access to the maintenance hatches in the inside of the tank.

E-Series 5185

With a working width from 4.20 m to 6.00 m, the FreeFlow table can tackle all kinds of conditions. It is especially stable and maintenance-friendly because the components are bolted on. With 1,220 cuts per minute, the high speed of the cutterbar ensures a clean cut and a low power requirement. Then the large intake auger, with a diameter of 580 mm, moves the crop swiftly and uniformly to the crop elevator – best conditions for maximum area coverage and the best harvesting results. The FreeFlow table has feed fingers over the entire width, which increase the throughput of the intake auger and guarantee active, fast feed into the crop elevator.

High-capacity threshing cylinder

The threshing cylinder on the 5185 E has a 600 mm diameter for high inertia and performance. Eight counter-rotating threshing bars effectively separate the grain during the threshing process. Both the grain and straw are handled very gently and breakage is minimised.

Robust grain concave

With one of the largest concave areas in its power class, the 5185 E drives in the large harvest volumes in the shortest time. The different wire spacings within the concave are the main reason for this: While the wire spacing in the front area is narrow to ensure intensive threshing, the wider wire spacings in the rear part of the concave permit a higher separation capacity.

Closed high-performance straw walker

After the threshing unit, the straw is effectively fluffed up over 4.30 m long straw walkers with a 150 mm stroke. Four 250 mm high steps create a loose straw mat, which permits residual grain to be separated perfectly in the huge separation area. The closed straw walkers distribute the grain uniformly over the entire width of the preparation floor for efficient separation.
